Accounts Assistant

Ivybridge

Permanent

£25,000 - Flexible hours available

Overview:
To provide administrative and financial support to a busy accounts team based in Ivybridge. You will use Sage and Excel to assist with general finance-based duties throughout the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • General bookkeeping
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Assist with payroll
  • Purchase ledger
  • Timesheet management
  • Adhoc Administration tasks
  • Provide general support to the Accounts team

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Must have Sage, Bookkeeping and Excel knowledge
  • Competent user of all Microsoft IT packages
  • Must be able to take direction and work as part of a well functioned team
  • Attention to detail
  • Recent and relevant experience is essential
  • Experienced in the use of finance systems
  • AAT qualification is advantageous

Additional information:

My client can accommodate flexible hours e.g. hours to fit around childcare commitments. Lesser hours would reflect in the salary. The full time salary is £25,000, possibly more for a highly qualified.
