Description
Exciting opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join our Broking Platform Delivery team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Agile rituals including Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning and Retrospective
  • Utilise Agile rituals as a method for driving improvements in delivery quality and cadence
  • Coordinate solution implementation and delivery with other PM's and external teams
  • Act as a model for addressing conflict and barriers to collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure team execution and performance are aligned with business objectives
  • Provide regular reports on development team progress, ensuring that this provides all key stakeholders with accurate reporting against plan
  • Management of RAID
  • Adhering to project governance standards and following project approval processes

Key Experience

  • Experienced delivery and/or project management experience
  • Experience and knowledgeable of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Business knowledge to understand the relevant business objectives and issues, with insurance broking preferred
  • Experience working with distributed software development products and teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Handson management of Agile projects and their outcomes, rather than passive collecting and reporting of metrics
  • Strong ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early
  • Quickly facilitates mitigation plans, alternative approaches and communication of risks
  • Analytical thinker with creative problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
