The Site:

St Mungo is havinga team of 12 people consisting of management, housekeeping, maintenance, andcustomer service advisors, who cover weekday and weekend and day and nightshifts.

St Mungos is the perfect location for students studying at both theUniversity of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University, which are withinwalking distance of the property.

For students at the University of Glasgow,public transport is available from Buchanan Bus Station, which is a 7-minutewalk from the property.

The vibrant city centre is also within walkingdistance.

Mungos is a property which boasts many social spaces and facilities, includinga gym with the latest high-tech equipment, air-conditioning and surround sound,a cinema room with access to Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime, outdoor gardenand courtyard, and a hosting kitchen which is available for small gatherings orcooking classes.

These facilities are available to use 24 hours a day.

Located away from the social spaces in a separate area of the building is thestudy space, which provides a tranquil and calming area for residents to hitthe books and study.

Theproperty has 349 beds, comprising of 173 self-contained studio flats and 176bedrooms housed within twenty-nine flats. Our cluster flats range from fourbeds to seven beds and have a spacious shared kitchen and living space. Ourself-contained studios are ideal for students who like their own space.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be thefirst point of contact for residents, across a wide range of services: from themoment a potential resident comes to see what were about, right the waythrough their journey with us to check out.

Youre an important part of ourresidents stay, supporting students who might need to report a maintenanceissue, collect a parcel, ask for directions or simply need to chat.

  • Bea customerservice superstar Your friendly face may be the first to greet aresident in the morning or one that welcomes them home at the end of along day. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will know the strength of yoursmile.
  • Youwill be a key part in our sales team, therefore building good rapport withour residents will be a goodattribute to have to ensure that all sales targets are achieved.
  • Treatevery enquiry with significant importance, taking personal pride in ensuringall enquiries are responded to swiftly and politely.
  • Be an expert in ourproperties in the city and actively searching for new leads able toclearly articulate what we offer to prospective residents
  • Takepride in ensuring your property is fully booked and that any debt is managed swiftly.
  • Supportthe Assistant Managers responsibilities in ordering stock for yourproperty.
  • Collectpayments on behalf of residents, ensuring high levels of attention todetail and working in line with our policies and processes.
