We are now looking for a Business Systems Consultant to support the review and configuration of multiple HR and recruitment tech systems.

As part of the role, you will be expected to build system requirements in complex organisations and lead in the delivery of system changes.

In addition, you will implement strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.

In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate effectively is essential. If you also have solid industry experience, we'd like to meet you.

Your goal will be to help our business use systems and data to drive high performance and quality.


Knowledge and abilities:


  • HR and Recruitment Systems_
  • Technical lead on implementations and change projects including assessment/requirements gathering, process design, system configuration and testing.
  • Review/update of all system configuration workbooks that support future development and ongoing release testing needs.
  • Conduct thorough system gap analysis to ensure systems operate at optimal state.
  • Process mapping against system capabilities, including HCM, ATS, VMS, CRM platforms.
  • Data and Reporting_
  • Support the technical development of strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Select, configure and implement analytics solutions.
  • Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
  • Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback)
  • Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends

About you.

You will have**:


  • Proven experience implementing or transformation projects of HR/Recruitment tech, including VMS, ATS, CRM products.
  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
  • Background in market research and project management
  • Superb communication skills
  • Analytical skills and strong organisational abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Problemsolving aptitude
