A devoted Law Firm are on the hunt for a passionate Solicitor to welcome into their Surrey based Property Team.

The Solicitor Role

The successful Solicitor will be joining a small and reputable Law Firm, who specialise in providing high-quality expertise on all matters property.

The Solicitor will be dealing with both Commercial and Residential matters ranging from both freehold and leasehold of all types of premises, including offices, warehouses, retail units and restaurants, to operating in several industries including hospitality,retail, IT and communications, and Charities and Trusts.

The Solicitor would need to be able to use their own initiative to their best ability, as well as be able to oversee other members in the team who are at paralegal or trainee level.

The Solicitor

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
Ideally 4+ years PQE
Previous Commercial Property experience
Bonus is any Residential Experience
Team Player
