Our flexible and fully operative finance function allows our clients to benefit from senior-level expertise without the cost of hiring a full-time CFO, empowering them to scale up their operations and level up their finance department. Our services encompass a wide range of finance roles usually held by a Senior Finance Profiles, Finance Director or CFO including Budgeting, Forecasting, FP&A, Cash Flow Management, fundraising support, Investors Reportings or Process Review and Systems Implementation. Our mission is to relieve businesses of financial burdens, allowing them to focus on their core operations and achieve sustainable growth.


Valuefinex is actively looking for fractional CFOs to join our network of experts and contribute their extensive expertise to enhance our client's finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial advice and support, acting as a trusted advisor for clients' finance and business growth.
• Develop financial models and conduct analysis to support decisionmaking processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly reporting and presentations, to communicate business performance.
• Review and implement KPIs to track and improve business performance.
• Systems and process review, and supporting ERP implementation
• Assist with fundraising efforts, including preparing financial projections, investment memorandums, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the CFO and crossfunctional teams to identify and implement growth initiatives.
• Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk.

Requirements:

• A must have:_
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (
  ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with extensive experience in senior finance roles, such as Financial Controller, Finance Director or CFO.
• Proven expertise in financial management, including strategic planning, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in enabling and accelerating the scaling up of highgrowth companies
• Endtoend accounting and financial experience in UKbased SMEs required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to drive business decisions.
• Though you won't be intensively involved in bookkeeping posting, as a qualified CA you will have a strong understanding of UK GAAP
