FCM are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to cover a cladding replacement project in Leesd.

The project is initially for 1 day per week but could increase later if all agree.

The position is for a visiting Clerk of Works and would be suitable for someone who is looking for additional projects to add to their existing workload.

Applicants will need to have a solid background knowledge in all aspects of construction and be able to communicate effectively with contractors and client in order to help us to provide our high quality inspection, reporting and advisory service.

FCM are a well established and expanding company and are looking to increase our team of experienced Building & M&E Clerks of Works.

We pride ourselves in excellence of service and much of our new business comes by recommendation or referral.
