Evolve is recruiting for an ambitious work-driven Business Systems Analyst to join a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation, who have an extensive product range and vast progression opportunities.

As part of this role, you will manage and deliver numerousprojects around business systems, as well as process improvements and developments on new and existing technology.

This is a full time position based remotely, with occasionally travel to head offices in Dublin and Surrey when required so a full UK driving licence and vehicle is required.

Ideal Requirements

Must have at least 23 years' experience in a similar position.
Familiarity with the full software project lifecycle.
Experience of BI Tools desired (QLIK, Tableau)
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Ideally have a Computer Science degree.
Clear and confident communicator.

Role Responsibilities

Designing IT solutions, modifying, enhancing, or adapting existing systems and integrating new features or improvements.
Proactively identify further opportunities within the business systems framework for improvement.
Identify risks associated with the endtoend services around Business Systems and suggest solutions to mitigate said risks.
Advise internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technologies.
Support and ensure the improvement and development of systems, processes, and reports within the business, ensuring they are working to maximum efficiency with good financial controls.
Developing dashboards and creating reports and supporting users with them.
