Digital Marketing Assistant - Temporary Support

Salary:
£12 an hour

The Digital Marketing team is responsible for supporting the delivery of digital content to both internal and external audiences.


The Digital Marketing role is made up of the following marketing activities within the wider team:

  • Develop and push out social media content on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook using Hootsuite
  • Design and build internal communications using content provided by the Head of Communications
  • Proof reading of all communications to ensure no errors or inconsistencies
  • Manage and coordinate the planning, delivery, and review of the digital group marketing activities
  • Deal efficiently with all incoming marketing requests, ensuring that processes are followed, and the correct resources are allocated
  • Undertake additional marketing related activities as and when required

Personal Attributes:


  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a good grasp of grammar and writing for different audiences
  • Comfortable in building relationships across all levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tenacious, with an eye for detail, experience of proofreading would be a bonus
  • Process driven and organised, you will be able to prioritise and manage workloads
  • A willingness to get stuck in and help where needed is essential

Experience :

  • Marketing experience at entry level or More
  • Good IT skill
  • Confident and driven
  • Efficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint with exposure to the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Demonstrable experience in a corporate marketing role
