Salary - £33,400-£41,800 (+ £750 Car Allowance) per annum - depending on skills and experience.

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Full Time.

About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Disposal Officer on a full-time basis, based in Gloucester. This is a Hybrid role and will be expected to go into the office minimum 2 days a week.


Part of the role will be to contribute to the delivery of the disposal programme, by preparing them for sale and putting them to sale with Auction Houses, Estate Agents and Land Agents.


You will prepare properties identified for disposal to be ready for sale by compiling comprehensive property information and procuring documents for the properties in preparation for sale such as obtaining EPC's, plans, etc.

this will also include instructing valuers to arrange property valuations and to liaise surveyors as necessary, to arrange surveys as necessary.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you
Driving licence and use of a car is essential as part of the role will include site visits.

This will include being prepared to meet clients and external contacts in site across the Group's operating area.

You will have previous experience in sale of property and land transactions and knowledge of the property market.


A good working knowledge and experience of using of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint is essential but not desirable.

You will understand legal contracts and documents.
