This role is truly unique, you will be given full autonomy to take the reins on an already established sales team, putting your own spin on the direction of the sales department, your experience and reputation will be imperative to the overall success ofthe sales teams as well as the success of the company.


This Sales Team Manager role is leading a key function within a well-established IT company who are market leaders within their sector.

My client is seeking a proven, inspirational team leader to manage from the front, you will lead role, whilst being responsiblefor setting the sales strategy, enhancing continuous team development through mentoring, recruitment, KPIs, carrying out 1-2-1's and more


The current sales team is currently made up of SDRs, Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Field Sales professionals, having a diverse range of experience managing a variety of different roles is key to being a successful applicant.
