Description

To provide high quality, professional, comprehensive and confidential Personal Assistant support to the Interim Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Director of Planned Care and Operations Directorate.


To be the first point of contact for the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operational Strategy and Director of Planned Care and Operations Directorate and manage a professional, effective and efficient administrative function within the team, responding to incoming correspondence and phone calls from service users including patients, colleagues and visitors according to the Trust values of together Safe, Kind and Excellent.


Key attributes of the post holder include a high level of professionalism, judgement, discretion, diplomacy, calmness under pressure, exceptional attention to detail, able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines, with a friendly, approachable style.


Provide a comprehensive and confidential PA support to the Interim Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Director of Planned Care and Operations Directorate and Director of Operational Strategy.
