Multi Trades Recruitment is currently looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants within our Bolton office.

Are you a driven, motivated individual looking to start a career in recruitment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Business Development team in a fun and friendly office environment.

The Role:

Reporting to the BD Manager, this is a fulltime permanent role where you will be contacting & developing businesses with a range of different companies, with the aim of generating qualified leads for established consultants.
Once fully trained, you will progress to our Consultant role within 4 Months
OTE for Established Consultants is £50,000, with our leading consultants earning between £70,000 £100,000 per year.
Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm
Starting Salary £21,000
Expected OTE Salary after 12 Months £35,000
