**French Speaking Account Manager -Fareham - £27,000 - £35000 Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week
- free parking**We are looking for an experienced French speaking Account Manager who excels in relationship building, but who also enjoys developing new business. You will be joining a small but well established team, where there are huge opportunities for developmentand long term career stability.


You will be an essential function within the team looking after the French accounts, and finding ways to grow the business as a whole.


The French speaking Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls daily to follow up quotations and contacting existing customers regarding new products
  • Preparing new quotations for existing customers who are looking for new solutions, and following this through to secure the order
  • Resolving any emerging problems on customer accounts
  • Processing orders on the system and updating the database with any specific product requirements
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships and gaining additional business
  • Focusing on retention of customers, and closing new sales
  • Proactively researching and contacting new clients to develop new business
  • Convert leads and quotations sent into sales

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience working within an account management/sales role
  • Motivated and driven to deliver excellence
  • A natural rapport builder with the ability to listen
  • Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
