Maylarch Environmental Ltd currently has a vacancy for an additional Contracts Administrator to join the team and help provide administration support across the company, including supporting site operatives and supervisors.
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
- To log new enquiries onto the system and give administration support in relation to these.
- To ensure clients are updated in an efficient and professional way in regards to their enquiries, as required.
- To maintain project related data from initial enquiry to completion including Waste Transfer Notes and Consignment Notes
- To provide Contracts Managers with administration support.
- To check completed paperwork from site and correctly tie up.
- To answer telephone calls into the company in a prompt and professional manner and relay to the relevant person in the correct manner and via the correct channels
From our central location in Oxfordshire, Maylarch covers a large part of the South of England offering Asbestos Removal and Demolition services.
