The Automotive Aftermarket technical training department for Robert Bosch Ltd is located at the class-leading Bosch Training facility in Denham.
The IMI accredited Bosch Service Training Centre is primarily responsible for delivering training programmes designed to provide independent vehicle workshops with the core skills required to be successful in today's complex and dynamic automotive market.
Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of events running at the Bosch Service Training Centre and nationwide.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to support the planning, scheduling and delivery of training courses.
- Allocating and managing all course resources required to deliver training.
- Coordinating logístical requirements for regional training across the UK and Ireland.
- Manage the internal finance processing.
- Collaboration with all internal departments (both in the UK and globally) where necessary.
- Communicate via correspondence in regards to course enquiries to course delegates and organisations on a daily basis.
- General administration and updating of systems associated with delegates, to reflect accurate training records.
- Pre and post course administrative tasks.
- Support the Training Manager with essential tasks where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in using database systems or SAP is desirable.
- Strong all round communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational skills, time management and problem solving skills. Selfmotivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team.
- A valid driving license is advantageous.
