What you'll do- Sets the vision and adapts the Regional S&S strategy to local needs for O&I segment- Builds and executes a comprehensive plan to win S&S O&I + leads new growth platforms opportunities in target customers and full ecosystem in own segment- Delivers on operational targets and initiatives like revenue, margins and sales productivity targets- Fosters a Customer First and Radical Collaboration mindset and actions- Hires, coaches and motivates key talents and drives accountability to develop a High-Performance

Your qualifications- Business leadership experience, with years' experience within Professional business- A completed degree in management, business administration, marketing or another relevant field Highly developed strategic and business analysis skills, and effective decision-making capabilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage, influence, coach and inspire- Experience working collaboratively with multiple divisions and stakeholders in an international matrixed organization
