Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders (Chief Financial Officer) while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Staines-upon-Thames office and associated property locations.This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and acting as a trusted point of coordination between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders (CFO), including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas, packs, and minutes.
- Manage correspondence on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
