up to £23000 pro rata - 38 weeks per year (£26000 FT equivalent)


Eden Brown are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Progress Coach/Tutor on behalf of a leading Sixth Form College in Greater Manchester.


The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study programmes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey, fully stretched and achieve their goals across the creative studies department.

This is a full time role towards the end of August.

You will deliver a full timetable of group tutorials focusing upon personal development, behaviour, welfare and employability.

Working alongside curriculum teams your role will be to break down barriers and ensure that all students are able to achieve successful outcomes both academically and socially.


  • Experience of working effectively with young people in an educational setting
  • Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working
  • Experience in working with learners on a 121 basis and in groups
  • Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities
