Are you an experienced vehicle mechanic and looking for a different role away from the tools where you can still use your knowledge?

The UKs fastest growing motoring association, MotorEasy, have the role for you.

We help motorists nationwide get back on the road in a timely and helpful manner and assist with repairs under extended warranties.

We're looking for hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join our growing repairs team based in our Reading offices.

What We Offer

Salary:
£30,000 basic

OTE:
£40,000 (Your OTE will be based on achieving KPIs, and will be paid monthly)

Holiday: 22 days holiday

Hours:
Mon - Fri, and one Sat in every 4

To be a success in this role, you'll need:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, or time served experience
Experience in a professional workshop, delivering relevant services
Excellent phone communication

Day to day:

Assess warranty repairs using our software and process in line with policy terms
Manage repairs in network workshops (over 10,000 in the UK)
Ensure correct diagnosis costs and causes for failures of mechanical and electrical components
Check parts and labour costs are accurate and source reconditioned/ refurbished parts where appropriate
Processing customer contributions towards repairs
Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform
