Hull Culture and Leisure are looking for Two enthusiastic and committed Duty Team Leaders both permanent and casual to work effectively in a team, to provide a safe environment through the supervision of all customers using the Lido, swimming pools and all other areas of the facility.


Two Team Leaders positions will be annualised ( 22 Weeks ) working May to Septemeber during the Lido opening period.


The role will involve supervisory site management, effectively conducting operational procedures and system checks in accordance with Health and safety legislation.


A pre requisite to pass a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is you must be able to swim 100m on your front and 100m on your back, descend to the deepest part of the pool and swim 50m in 60secs.

A swim test will be given as part of the interview process.

A degree of flexibility is required in this role as you will need to cover for holidays and sickness.
