Senior Finance Manager | Permanent | International Entertainment Business | West London**Altum Consulting are partnering exclusively with a Global Entertainment Business to recruit a newly created Senior Finance Manager position on a permanent basis to support their growing Finance team.

This role will manage the team of Management Accountants to deliver robust, accurate and timely internal reports and controls in line with Business and Group standards and timetables.

Further, the Senior Finance Manager will work closely with other membersof the financial and commercial teams to ensure ways of working & financial accounting of commercial contracts are accurate and acceptable from a compliance perspective.

Role/responsibilities:

Deliver all historical management reporting for the business and group, reviewing with the Financial Controller
Responsibility for technical compliance and guidelines, balance sheet control and cash optimisation within management accounts business functional areas and the team
Managing a high performing team ( team of 5 Management Accountants)
Drive consistent high standards in the delivery of finance operational standards, processes and systems.
Working with FPA & Finance Business Partners, provide insightful and challenging variance analysis commentary for preparation of the territory pack delivery by the Commercial Finance Team.
Create and deliver a year end month end plan according to Group & Audit requirements.
Work with Senior Manager UK Compliance to ensure that effective processes, procedures and controls are in place
Ad hoc finance tasks such as shareholder information requests, analysis and others.
