Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for the construction team
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues that arise during construction
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site
  • Provide guidance and training to construction workers as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with construction estimating processes is preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities
