Our
UK Balfour Beatty Regional Scotland Buildings business has a terrific opportunity for a
Planner (Buildings) to join us based from our
Edinburgh business unit.



What you'll be doing
As a
Planner (Buildings), you will have report to the Planning Manager and have the following accountabilities:

  • Responsible for implementing the project planning procedures
  • Preparation of detailed programmes and programmes reporting
  • Logistics sequences and written submissions (as required) for projects varying from £5m to in excess of £100m
  • Developing and maintaining the 4D planning function during the project delivery period

Who we're looking for

  • Hold a valid CSCS card
  • Professional membership to CIOB or equivalent
  • NEC contracts exposure
  • An excellent understanding of various methods of planning, programming and progress monitoring
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Reasonable daily commutable distance to Edinburgh
  • Thorough working knowledge of
    Asta Powerproject
