We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contracts Manager to join a mid-sized building contractor specialising in conservation and bespoke joinery operating in both the commercial and private sector.

Ideal applicants will have restoration and refurbishmentContracts Manager experience in addition to commercial and private project experience. Main contractor and specialist sub-contractor experience highly regarded as well as those all important skilled trades backgrounds.
The projects range in value from 100Kto 5M and are typically carried out in the Cotswolds area.


Skills Required:


  • Good working knowledge of construction
  • Driving license
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with experience of motivating teams
  • Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid required
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Trades background preferred
