Description
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join the contracting team for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and organised professional able to provide efficient and professional administrative support.
The postholder will provide the day to day support to a portfolio of contracts including three NHS providers, independent sector providers and voluntary sector providers.
You will act as Team Administrator to the contracting team within the Business & Planning directorate, supporting with diary management and meeting preparation.
This will include the preparation of agendas, booking rooms and travel arrangements, coordinating team meetings, taking minutes and follow up actions as well as overseeing annual leave.
The post-holder will also be expected to provide project management support for contracts as appropriateYou will have a logical, flexible approach and the proven ability to learn quickly. Strong time
- management, organisational & communication skills and will be essential.
