Job Description:

Independent Living Skills (ILS) Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ILS teacher to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons on Social, Life and Work skills programmes for students with Moderate Learning difficulties and/or Profound and Multiple Learning disabilities.
• Develop Literacy and Numeracy skills across all levels, using innovative teaching strategies and digital literacy tools.
• Motivate and inspire students, creating a positive learning environment that leads to outstanding learner experiences.

About You:

• You will hold a degree-level qualification or equivalent level 4 qualification, with experience working in a relevant role.
• You will be prepared to work flexibly to meet curriculum, student and College demands.
• You must be able to travel between College sites and off-site venues.
