A fast growing, dynamic and ambitious consumer goods business is looking for talented Customer Service Specialists to join the team

In the role you will be an Ambassador for the company, responsible for building relationships with customers, handling queries and requests and ensuring the highest standard of operational excellence is delivered


Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound contacts with customers
• Engaging with customers, demonstrating product knowledge whilst delivering a quality service
• Maintain great customer satisfaction, resolving complaints efficiently and appropriately
• Process orders (and any subsequent amendments/cancellations) accurately, ensuring they comply withSales & Marketing terms and promotions
• Upselling products where appropriate
• Be the voice of our customers, providing insight on the customer experience
• Ensuring the customer experience strategies are aligned to the larger business goals and outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in Customer care roles is essential
• Patience and calm under pressure

• A great attitude

• Understanding what great customer service should be

- excellent written & verbal communication

• Highly organised

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
