Description

We are looking for a designate practice manager across the South West London area.

Initially coming in as an area support manager following training and induction
Working across 'central' London to M25 outskirts in the South West patch
Opportunity to get involved in events and projects as well as supporting the Area Manager
Is a permanent role and you will be assigned a practice in the area once a site becomes available
Area is introducing 6 Intraoral scanners to practices over the next few months along with new treatment coordinators joining the region

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
