SF Recruitment are supporting a leading events business in recruiting for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for delivering sales and organising/supporting delivery to the events across Birmingham.Salary:
£26,000 p.a., Pension, Holiday, Excellent Progression.
The Role:
- As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent service ro customer and visitors.
- Support the planning and organisation of all events.
- Liaise with events team to ensure smooth delivery of events.
- Attend team and function brief meetings.
- Communication with clients.
- Process contracts through confirmed business.
- Update and distribute daily introductions.
- Ensure all departments have appropriate and complete function sheets for meetings.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an events coordinator role.
- Experience of working in a conference & banqueting venue or unique venues.
- Experience with CRM Systems.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
