SF Recruitment are supporting a leading events business in recruiting for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for delivering sales and organising/supporting delivery to the events across Birmingham.


Salary:
£26,000 p.a., Pension, Holiday, Excellent Progression.


The Role:

  • As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent service ro customer and visitors.
  • Support the planning and organisation of all events.
  • Liaise with events team to ensure smooth delivery of events.
  • Attend team and function brief meetings.
  • Communication with clients.
  • Process contracts through confirmed business.
  • Update and distribute daily introductions.
  • Ensure all departments have appropriate and complete function sheets for meetings.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an events coordinator role.
  • Experience of working in a conference & banqueting venue or unique venues.
  • Experience with CRM Systems.
  • Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
