SF Recruitment are supporting a leading events business in recruiting for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for delivering sales and organising/supporting delivery to the events across Birmingham.

Salary:
£26,000 p.a., Pension, Holiday, Excellent Progression.

The Role:

As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent service ro customer and visitors.
Support the planning and organisation of all events.
Liaise with events team to ensure smooth delivery of events.
Attend team and function brief meetings.
Communication with clients.
Process contracts through confirmed business.
Update and distribute daily introductions.
Ensure all departments have appropriate and complete function sheets for meetings.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an events coordinator role.
Experience of working in a conference & banqueting venue or unique venues.
Experience with CRM Systems.
Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
