An exciting new full time role is now available for a growing business in the heart of Salisbury.

We are looking for a Learning & Development - People Advisor, who can take the lead on all L&D activities.

This is a Senior role within a department designedspecifically around People and Culture within our client's organisation.

The role will build strong ?relationships and work closely with key stakeholders across the company identifying learning needs and helping employees develop to their full potential.

Thisrole will design, organise and implement training and development programmes that focus on the needs of the organisation and the learners.


Primary Responsibilities will include:


  • Ensure teams are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and behaviours to effectively carry out their roles
  • Develop and implement bespoke training programmes
  • Planning and coordinating training sessions and programmes
  • Identify and analyse learning needs that are in line with organisational and individual needs
  • Implement various learning methods company wide
  • Evaluate training initiatives by measuring success and ROI
  • Explore apprenticeship schemes and evaluating suitability for the business
  • Acting as an expert advisor to the business on L&D matters, advising on how best to address development needs or issues
  • Work closely with managers across the organisation to help develop their team members
  • Answer and respond to queries from employees and managers across a wide range of topics
  • People Project work as directed by the Head of Department
  • Assist with interviews, disciplinary and grievance meetings as required

Key skills and experiences we are looking for in this role are:

  • Previous experience organising training and advising managers regarding employee development
  • Experience in an HR Advisor role _or similar_
  • Project Management and budgeting
  • Reporting and presenting ROI
  • Passionate about helping people learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills, both written, spoken and presenting
  • Consistently demonstrating strong people values, a positive mindset and a creative approach
