SITE SUPERVISOR - JOINERY SMALL WORKS

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate small works projects within the Dundee area, focusing on joineryrelated tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used, maintaining high standards throughout the construction process.
  • Ensure that all necessary permits, licences, and approvals are obtained before commencing work on site.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a joineryrelated role, with a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.
  • Timeserved
    joiner with a proven track record of successfully delivering small works projects.
  • Hold valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification and First Aid qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects in the Dundee area.
