The Role

AKA Manchester is looking for a passionate and committed addition to our team to assist with the delivery of our digital and print projects.

Our clients include some of the biggest West End shows and theatres, the most prestigious museums and galleries, and popular tourist attractions.

Our work needs to establish strong emotional connections with audiences, build distinctive brand identities, and drive sales.

Your key responsibilities will include

Project coordination for AKA's Manchester Studio
Scheduling the artwork team and task prioritisation
Creating cost estimates
Undertake administrative duties to support the management and delivery of ATG Design and Touring projects
Ensuring project quality is high, reviewing outputted deliverables against scope and budget
Assessing project risks on an on-going basis, escalating issues as needed
Communicating and building relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Collaborating with the wider AKA Studio teams

Requirements:

Ideal for someone who has experience in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to managing and scheduling creative projects would be ideal
Highly organised and efficient with excellent communication skills
You'll have a rigorous eye for detail, never dropping a ball
Comfortable with managing multiple tasks at once
We would prefer you to have some agency knowledge, but your attitude is what really counts
