Job Description:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our busy Compliance team in the Isle of Man.

You will provide day-to-day compliance services to ensure high standards of compliance while helping to support the wider objectives of each business unit.

You will also assist the compliance manager, where required, in the management of processes to meet the team's objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in trust & company administration;
  • A understanding of the legislation that applies to businesses carrying out trust & company administration;
  • Experience in processing CDD / KYC information including consideration of applicable risks and an understanding of alternative procedures that may be adopted
  • An understanding of the commercial risks attendant to financial services businesses and how they can impact the compliance function
  • Willingness to undertake study for relevant qualifications
  • A good working knowledge of Imagein, MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook.
  • Able to deliver excellent client service face to face, over the phone and in written correspondence
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to carry out research into identified topics and prepare reports summarising such research.
