Role Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused business partner to join our team to deliver a partnering service to key customers in our professional service areas, providing first class customer service, and proficient, business focussed advice and support.
About the Role
About You
You will be CIPD qualified and have excellent communication and problem solving skills, a thorough knowledge of employment law and demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach to your work.
You will also have proven experience of operating in a client-facing, HR generalist role where advice and guidance is provided on a wide range of people-related issues to a broad range of stakeholders.
You will have a coaching style and be able to uphold the highest level of business partnering.You should have the ability to prioritise effectively and work with flexibility to cope under pressure at busy times whilst keeping to deadlines.
Team-working skills are also essential.About Us
