Rochford - Essex

Monday - Friday pm

Salary £19,000 p/a plus bonuses


Book a Builder UK are searching for a Reservation/ Booking Agent with excellent Customer Service Experience to join our Customer Services team in Rochford, Essex.

This is an office-based position Monday - Friday 9.00 am pm


As a Reservation / Booking Agent you will be tasked with referring consumers who post jobs on our site, to our network of product partners (such partners include Wolseley Plumbing and Wren Kitchens).

You will also be responsible for referring consumers andmembers to trustpilot to obtain honest reviews about their experience with Book A Builder UK.

We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents who demonstrate outstanding customer service. We also require individuals that can assist with developing effective customer service procedures to further enhance the role.

You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers' questions, and be set to KPI's to achieve.


To be successful as a Reservation/ Booking Agent you must have excellent communication skills along with being organised and experience with being set to targets.


Reservation Agent Responsibilities:


  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
  • Achieving KPI's
  • Checking the availability of our clients and confirming their appointments.
  • Sending confirmation details to customers and clients
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Reservation Agent Requirements:


  • Selfmotivated and able to manage own workload
  • Great communication skills (motivating, inspiring & influencing)
  • Able to thrive under pressure
  • Meeting own and contributing towards the team's KPI's
  • Customerservice experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Data entry experience.
