Pure are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based in Southend On Sea who are looking for a Sales Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand new department with ambitious plans for growth.

Main Duties::

You will be contacting warm leads, customers who have previously expressed an interest via the company's website
To make outbound sales calls via our automated dialling system, working on pre specified campaigns.

The work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives.

To identify customer needs and provide and sell policies that fully meet our customers expectations.
To handle customer objections confidently, providing outcomes that are within the interest of both the customer and the business.
Through effective time management manage your personal workload to ensure optimal performance.
To support management in the successful daytoday running and the development of the department.
