Short description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to support our Services and Customer Success teams in the implementation of new solutions within tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Max.
As a Product Owner you will drive solution delivery targeted to increase Hexagon's commercial effectiveness and efficiency through consolidation and enhancing our Customer Services and Support journeys.
You have expert knowledge of the Services domain and are able to translate the product requirements into a delivery which meets our customers and business needs.
You have gained extensive experience in the B2B segment having a clear view of market developments and customer trends regarding the Services domain.
Tasks in detail:
- You develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
- You prioritize and manage the product backlog, which is a list of user stories, features, and enhancements that need to be developed.
- You work closely with IT to ensure timely development & release of prioritised business requirements.
- You collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and the development team to create detailed user stories or requirements that define the functionality and features of the product.
- You conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You are ready to lead a complete Services project lifecycle from ideation to implementation in larger B2B enterprises.
- You identify the performance metrics to assess benefits and value realization of Services deliveries.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working with Service Cloud and Service Max as a Product Owner or as a Senior Business Analyst.
- You have successfully led a large transformation project, challenging your change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
