As VP of Sales you'll have the opportunity to design, develop and execute our sales strategy and scale our offering to customers around the globe.

Our products are always evolving, so you'll need excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ultimately, we're looking for someone who is hungry to grow and flexible in their approach.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategically developing, directing and delivering the sales strategy
  • Opening and managing customer relationships to bring in new business in line with company KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Raising the profile of LAIIER through the direction of Marketing and PR.

Skills and Expertise:


  • Ability to conceive a strategic vision and implement it
  • Organisational, and creative thinking
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and ability to make decisions in a dynamic setting
  • Software/technology B2B sales experience in IoT, hardware, or related space
  • Track record of leading and scaling a team from an early stage to a growth stage
  • Nice to have: experience in commercial building solutions, water, or IoT
