Administrator / Coordinator
Based in Central Edinburgh
Full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday
£24k annually plus holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a company based in Central Edinburgh to recruit a Business Support Administrator / Coordinator to schedule works for clients.
This position will be well-suited to a professional and motivated individualwith prior experience within an administrative/coordinator role.Duties involve in this role will include:
- Scheduling jobs with clients
- Planning engineers working diaries
- Processing subcontractor invoices
- Updating client portals
- Answering calls and queries from engineers and clients
- Various administration tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work on owns initiative or as part of a team
- Professional and personable demeanour
- Prior experience coordinating a service or contractors is desirable but not essential
