We are currently recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for County Lines Marker Assessor to be based in Speke (Merseyside)

This is a temporary role, on an ongoing contract. The role is paying £11.26 per hour.


Main Duties:


  • To review and assess Force systems to identify cases linked to County Lines
  • Make the relevant direct data entry (DDE) intelligence submissions onto the Police National Database (PND)
  • Creating Police National Computer (PNC) County Lines (CL) Marker reports for subsequent authorisation.

Essential Requirements:


  • It is essential that the post holder has experience of the following, in order to research, assess, evaluate and complete processes for PND and PNC entries relating to county lines:
  • Proficiency in using force IT systems such as MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS Word.
  • Ability to research and interrogate force systems i.e. NICHE, PNC, PND, CORVUS and STORM in order to collate information relevant to the role on a daily basis.
  • Possession of a full driving licence is desirable to allow travel between Local Policing Areas / Departments / outside agencies as required.
  • The post holder may be required to work additional hours if required for operational reasons as part of 24/7 emergency service.
  • The post holder will work with the Force flexitime scheme but should have a flexible approach to working hours. There may also be a requirement to work at other locations within the Force Area. Post holders working within the Force Flexitime scheme however will be required to participate in a duty rota system to ensure that core hours of the unit i.e are appropriately staffed.
