    Sustainability Manager
    Location: Bristol
    Salary: £75,000 basic + benefits

    We are partnering with a leading developer and manufacturer in the semiconductor industry to offer an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Manager in Bristol.

    Job Description:

    1. Lead the development, implementation, and management of the site sustainability strategy and roadmap, collaborating with Divisional and Business Area Sustainability teams.
    2. Oversee the site sustainability program, ensuring alignment with global standards and organizational goals at local and international levels.
    3. Communicate progress against the site sustainability roadmap to key stakeholders regularly.
    4. Drive continuous improvement of the Environmental and Sustainability Management System, ensuring compliance with global frameworks, international standards, and relevant requirements.

    About This Role:

    1. Possess passion for sustainability and dedication to driving positive environmental and social change.
    2. Have expertise in managing programs that focus on reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, improving water usage efficiency, and enhancing biodiversity.
    3. Demonstrate strong ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to engage in and support site-wide sustainability and safety initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy.
    • Monitor and report on sustainability performance.
    • Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
    • Maintain and improve the Environmental and Sustainability Management System.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (environmental science, sustainability, business administration, etc.).
    • Proven experience in sustainability management or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
