Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst Hays are looking for experience Business Analyst (1st line), to join our network and cover contract for the private sector in the Coventry area.

The individual would be the first point of contact for all IT related issues and requests.

Excellent customer service skills are needed to provide support for clients and report potential and current issues to staff members.

It would be desirable for Service Desk Analyst to have the following:


  • Knowledge and understanding of IT operating frameworks.
  • Experience of running qualitative checks on IT systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of active directory and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment and excellent time management.
