Housing Options Officer to join their team.


Location:
Ely, Cambridgeshire


Salary:
£32,909 - £38,296 per annum


Hours:
Full time


Housing Options Officer - The Role:

The Council is focused on the prevention of homelessness, and your role will be to work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to provide innovative solutions for people who find themselves homeless or threatened with homelessness.


You will offer support, advice and guidance, mediate with landlords and families, liaising with private and public sector landlords and landlords' representatives, establishing services for people with special needs and advising people of all the housingoptions which are available.

In addition to this fulfilling the statutory obligations in respect of homelessness and access to housing.
