Description
Simpson judge are currently working with an established company with offices based in Birkenhead. They are looking to move to Liverpool city centre. This is a position for a experienced Finance Manager to join their team.

You will be reporting to the board of directors you will be responsible for producing accurate monthly management accounts and analysing results against budget.

They are wanting a key influence with strategic decision making to join their team.


Duties

  • Preparation of month end management accounts
  • Presentation and explanation of monthly performance to key stakeholders
  • Analyse revenue and cost base to drive accurate income and expenditure recognition
  • Identify potential opportunities and risks relevant to the business area create action plans accordingly
  • Lead the preparation of annual budget and monthly re forecast for the business
  • Monitor headcount in line with budget and business needs
  • Provide accurate inputs for the preparation of the 13week cash flow
  • Be seen as the key contact and financial knowledge base for all stakeholders
  • Build very close working relationships internally and externally
  • Work closely with transactions functions to ensure accuracy of automated system postings
  • Take full ownership of all financial data from source to final presentation reports
  • Continuously look to improve current process and management information

Person Specification

  • Must have substantive experience in the field of finance, accounting.
  • Has proven people management skills, possesses excellent presentations skills.

- positive attitude.
