We are recruiting for a high-energy, friendly Customer Experience Representative at an award winning, global and industry leading organisation here on the Isle of Wight.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll provide a first-class customer experience for new and established customers, providing regular updates throughout the customer journey.

You will lead a number of key processes and must be capable of building welcoming relationships with customers and the wider team members.


To do well in this role you need to be a 'people-person', able to convey the customer requirements to fellow team members, and strong-willed enough to ensure those around you perform and deliver in line with the customers' expectations.


Customer Experience Representative Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
  • Product knowledge (training will be provided), to support firstclass customer engagement.
  • System admin processing.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and requests.
  • Communicating and coordinating with team members as necessary, and where required setting a clear expectation on any actions required to provide the customer with a seamless experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and provide professional customer support.

Customer Experience Representative Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a customer servicebased role.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent verbal skills especially over the phone
**On offer is a package of £22k-£26k based on experience with an annual bonus linked to company performance.
