Description
I am recruiting for a large business based on the outskirts Manchester Airport.This position will be acting as a Customer Experience Manager. Taking responsibility for the overall day to day running of the quality and operations of the business. Dealing mainly with the facilities, building services housekeeping, engineering security andmore.
The appointed person will be a front leader, encouraging and motivating the wider team.
The typical duties whilst working in this post (but not limited to) are:
Support management in development
Identify risks
Ensure compliance regulations are being followed
Manage and report performance
Give excellent customer service always to keep the company NPS scoring high
Plus much more
This position is working Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 and pays a competitive amount. The hourly rate of pay is in excess of £20 per hour depending on experience.
This is a temporary position on a monthly basis with potential for it to be extended and possibly become permanent.
