Wealth Credit Management (WCM) at Citi is a newly formed business line to provide integrated end to end credit underwriting, transaction and portfolio management in partnership with all the origination businesses of the Private Bank and Wealth Management of Citi.

We are looking to hire an experienced professional to contribute and perform a project management role with respect to upgrades/improvements/integration of the regional lending credit systems as part of the expansion plans of WCM, associated with the EMEA lending portfolio working within the EMEA LPTM team.

This role will report to the Global Project/Infrastructure Head.

The regional Project/Infrastructure Officer will be responsible for all aspects for project management i.e.

business requirements, functional specifications, process mapping, user acceptance testing, liaising with other Tech teams for interdependent systems, partnering with the various product heads, preparation of testing plans and working with the global Project/Infrastructure head to ensure that EMEA roll-out is globally aligned with the overall plans/strategy of the Business.

The individual will serve as the primary contact for all aspects of regional lending projects throughout the project life-cycle as well as play a critical role in representing LPTM team in various control and technology forums.

The individual will also be responsible for the preparation of various management/stakeholder status (RAG) reports.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate (internal) resources for the execution of multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Prepare UAT, PAT, BRDs and testing scripts.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
  • Measure performance of the project using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholder
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation/audit trails of approvals
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals
  • Develop project plans to be shared with internal stakeholders as well as other staff members
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Qualifications:


  • A good track record of experience in a similar role.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of relevant CPB and Credit Policies and procedures
  • Detailed knowledge of the core CPB lending systems
  • Credit Platform and Credit Approval Accelerator. Good working knowledge of supporting systems
  • OneSource and Document Management Systems (DMS)
