Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Human Resource Advisors

- £16.12 ph (plus depending on current earnings)

37 hours, Monday to Friday.
Ongoing, temporary position
34 days annual leave

Criteria:

3 years' experience within the last 5 years as a practitioner in a operational or policy role.
Experience in effectively communicating with managers and staff on a range of issues.
Experience in managing, analysing and monitoring business information and working to strict deadlines
Experience in using a range of IT systems
Level 5 CIPD Essential
A Degree or equivalent level of qualification plus 1 year's relevant experience OR BTEC Higher or equivalent level of qualification, plus 2 years' relevant experience.
Full driving licence / Access to a form of transport.
As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position._
