Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based in the Haywards Heath, West Sussex area who is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.

The Credit Control position is office based, working Monday to Friday.


Salary:
up to £24K


Location:
Office based - Haywards Heath


Credit Control duties include:


  • Ensure that invoices issued to customer and they are paid in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records of all credit control debt chasing activity
  • Prepare credit control reports
  • Handle any account payment queries
  • Ensure all relevant customer debts are managed and management is updated on cases
  • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to collect payment

Skills and experience required:


  • Experience working in a similar Credit Control / Collections type role
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and ability to pick up systems / processes quickly
